Delete your account

Mera Digi Card

Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Mera Digi Card app and sign in.
  2. Go to the More tab.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm. Your account and data are permanently removed.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account", and we'll process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account profile, digital cards, saved contacts, listings, and associated personal data are permanently deleted. Records we are legally required to retain (such as completed transaction records) may be kept for the period required by law, then removed.
